Located west of Boston just minutes from the Mass Pike, Lumiere first began to redefine the suburban restaurant scene upon opening in 1999. Named one of America's Best New Chefs by Food & Wine magazine in 2000, chef/owner Michael Leviton has since continued to lead the charge in local and sustainable cooking, today serving as the director to the Board of Overseers of the Chefs Collaborative. In 2010, a new private dining room was unveiled, finally providing a sophisticated venue option for those seeking private events outside of the city.
