Tamarind Bay Coastal Indian Kitchen specializes in coastal Indian cuisine, preparing all dishes fresh to order with no added preservatives. This is in stark contrast to the pre-cooked batch process employed in the majority of Indian restaurants in the US. With a simple, selective and seasonal menu, all dishes are served in either the traditional home-style manner or as individual plates.
